Our reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they did not have a room with 2 beds for ourselves and our daughter.
Positives:
We loved the easy access to downtown Jacksonville and the walkability to a variety of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price and we'd definitely stay again!
Negatives:
We would have preferred to have a second tv so that people could see it easily from the pull-out and the regular side of the room. I'd also add a few more machines/weights to your fitness room. And the breakfast was fairly minimal. Maybe add some cut fresh fruit and yogurt.

The room was not clean. Mildew in the shower. Stains on the sheets floor and curtains. We asked to switch rooms but none were available. We have always been pleased with the rooms at Springhill this definitely should have been rated much lower.

The breakfast was great. The facility function is perfect for work or play. The location is walking distance to 25 restaurants from sports to fine dining.
Negatives:
The TV location in the rooms are in a bad spot. Had collision with it once . You have to pull it out fully and turn to watch it. Blocks half of the pass through. The slide on the hanger were hanging up also. The tv can only be watched from one room at a time; not the whole suite. There is a wall in each room clear for a wall mount tv in each room. I’m an engineer by trade and moving the tv constantly will cause more issues and cost sooner than later. All the electronics hanging on the wall behind it is taken also. They can be relocated in the fake cabinet under the tv.
