Was very close to the interstate

Everything was outdated. Our door would not lock, we had to put a chair and suitcase in front of the door for “security.” Our bathroom was disgusting. The shower appliances were hanging out of the wall. The very worst part was in the morning we went to the bathroom and the bathtub was halfway full with sewage, and was continuing to fill. Apparently the plumbing was backed up. It was horrible

The room wasn't fully cleaned... The dirty chair and the curtain had dirty... The cleaning staff came to clean everyday but none of them cleaned up the curtain or chair that had what looked like spilled food or vomit very unsanitary. The shower head also needs to be replaced...

better communication with booking.com would be a good start. they are quick to take your money. the smell of roaches and stains on the sheets like bedbugs was not appealing. secluded between buildings was not a good atmosphere. front desk was very rude. i will never ever ever ever stay here again.
