I didn't receive and fold out couch room to sleep 6 and the pool was down my entire stay. If I would have known this, I wouldn't have stayed here. I asked if we could use their sister Marriott pool (3 different Marriott's next to another) and apparently the sister Marriott's don't like to accommodate other hotel guests or play nice. When Traveling with kids and POOL is a must.. It would have been nice to know during check in too

We have stayed here before and like that it is easily accessible from I95, clean, and has a full kitchen and separate bedroom.

The hotel is getting older and could use a little TLC in some areas. The fixtures in the bathroom are getting a bit rusty, the tub floor was extremely slippery, and the bathroom fan didnt work. There werent any kitchen paper towels, dish towels or wash cloths, and only one hand towel in the bathroom.

the ideal it was a suite. it was for the majority of the time quiet except one bedroom always heard those upstairs, dropping things

first morning went to take a shower no hot water. tried to call phone cord was broken, hand to hold on them was told by front desk its normal. lights flashing in bathroom have child with epilepsy, cuts in carpet, missing pictures off the walls, no doors locked, paint was peeling off the walls, couch was not a couch to fold out but a makeshift futon that was so hard added our blankets and no extra blankets in the room. couldnt cook as the fire alarm went off as soon as you started to cook with no smoke or such. toilet always ran and wouldnt shut off. no space on sink.
sorry sounds bad but when your paying how much a night oh and speaking of cost, was downstairs and a gentleman was checking in said something about the price, he was given a discount of almost half with me having gotten no discount.

Breakfast was a let down for the price - Continental only no hot options other than rolls and gravy and breakfast room was way to small for size of hotel, crowded and difficult to find a space to sit was a big disappointment for me.
