Positives:
Location. Cost for 240 sq. ft. room w/fridge & microwave, internet & TV. Cleanliness, good condition of furniture, excellent A/C. Parking availability excellent.
Negatives:
Some of this may be due to Helene's recent rampage, but one of the two elevators wasn't working at all, and the other was both slow and apparently malprogrammed. TV wasn't working at all. Card-entry was worse than spotty (needed help twice in a night). Definitely not due to Helene: no morning coffee in the lobby (an amenity offered in other Wyndhams), and no benches or tables of any kind outside.

No breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. Slow elevators. Extremely slow. Rooms were not noise proof. We could hear people in their rooms while we were in our room. Not just next to us but across the hall and a few rooms down. The beds were hard. The lady at check in told me use my towels wisely as they didn’t have extras to just give out.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. I had to text the number given at check-in for more towels and trash removal, which took 2 hours for them to bring. The sink smelled horrible. The heated lamp in the bathroom also did not work. After leaving my initial review, the front desk staffer deactivated my key card so she could confront me about my comments. The restaurant attached to the hotel had poor food quality.

Laundry machines takes money and do nothing, when you approach the hotel to report the faulty machines, they simply do nothing. It cost me around 10 dollars to wash my clothes.
Elevators: always one of them is out of order.
Staff (room service) use the customers' elevators and the hotel lobby for the room service trolleys.
One light bulb (out of four) was working properly in the bathroom.
The bathtub's curtain was torn in many places.
