The first two rooms assigned to us were already occupied. The third room was empty but no towels, no phone, someone spilled soda on the tile floor and it was all sticky, pillows were like rocks. Breakfast as very limited. No cream for coffee just milk

For the purpose of my visit the location was great.
Negatives:
Shower water pressure was very weak. All we herd was slamming doors until 2AM and again at 6am until we checked out. We will not return to this location.

The maid service was disappointing. We asked to have our trash taken out and towels replaced each day and it only occurred on the final day of our stay. We ended up having to purchase trash bags and reuse towels multiple times.

Plumbing fixtures were loose. Grab bar in shower is loose. Bathroom door frame rusted at floor. Pet friendly room so no carpet.

Hotel employee was super helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were very very comfortable!!
Negatives:
There needs to be posted signs in every elevator, on every room key, & in all hallways to Please be polite to others & Do Not Let Doors Slam. No room service attendant should allow any door to slam either.
