Nice location and nice staff. However the bed and pillows very uncomfortable, and the window frame had what looked like mold on it. No hair blow-dryer in the room. And the second day we had no bath towels. The room cleaners did not speak English.

Location Great, rooms need to be checked occasionally. This room is a safety hazard Check out pictures of the fire alarm the elevator is a nightmare being disabled we couldn't get elevator to come up had to take steps three floors..Down to find out as they put it somebody pushed the one button in too hard and it locked in. Vanity mirror above sink, broken and cracked at both edges and was as bright as a night light. Shower against the wall was broken, you night have cracks in the lamp shades.. the freezer could be defrosted once in awhile had huge ice buildup. Shower corners next to tub black ,it may not be mold but it really could be cleaned and painted . Charging $240 a night and you can't even change out the towels and wash clothes daily? They told us the word was Extended Stay "you do not get service daily", but at least you can leave extra towels and coffee so we don't have to come down in a elevator that doesn't work to get them replaced! You're not going to clean the rooms at least advertise it, leave a nice notification on the pillow or counter, show some class. We even left a day early.. and notified them so they could at least rent the room out for the night. You think they would comp us a night at least..
