The property was ok

The cleanliness of the hotel is bad. The rooms are not clean properly. The bathroom had leftover hairs everywhere. The soap and conditioner dispensers were moldy, the bathroom floors and walls had mold as well. The carpets were stained. The chairs were ripped. I tried two different rooms and both were the same. In one of the rooms there was a ball of hair on the floor. In the other room the cleaning lady left over a cleaning rug. And lastly there were flies in the bathroom.
