I liked the location of the property. It was centrally located and close to the highway for easy access. There were also places to eat close by, as well as the mall. There were also plenty of parking spaces on the property.
Negatives:
The doors were very loud, so I would constantly hear other peoples doors banging shut. The a/c also had a musty smell when turned on, that would last a few minutes.

It was a perfect place...

Location was ideal for reservations made in Cutler Bay. The common areas (gaming, pool, patio) were appealing.
Negatives:
Thin walls! Unfortunately we heard any and all conversations between rooms and hallways. Especially so at 4am.
Hours later, we heard particular noises (you know the kind) that proved very difficult to explain to our kids.
