Nothing. Just awful.
Negatives:
The corner room faced the pool with screaming kids until 11pm. It was next to a stoplight on Roosevelt Blvd and cars were revving their engines and racing until 3 am. There were also sirens as this was on US1, the only road in and out of Kew West.
Positives:
I spent over a week there and the last night there was no sleeping from all the noise. The room wasnt clean and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Its basic needs to want a clean room, a Good night sleep and the ability to shower. Its not right.
Negatives:
Its not right Management wouldnt compensate due to booking with a 3rd-party. That does NOT eliminate their accountability to make situations right. If a person cant rest or bathe , you have no right to charge them full price, fully taking advantage.
Positives:
I was on the first floor which made it easy to access especially with luggage. The room was very spacious and had everything that I needed.

The pool was too far away as well as the restaurant and the ice machine was far away as well.

Good location on island - Loved the lobby and restaurant - restaurant was fabulous for breakfast orders or the buffet - we tried both. The pool is beautiful - just as the picture shows!!

We had a king room - we could have used a luggage bench. We used the hassock. Also the bathroom tiles showing age and needed new grout around the edges - appeared dirty- bit we new it was just old. The bed was great !

Loved the tiki bar/bar tender and staff. It was also nice having the free shuttle service to and from downtown area.

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing! They have a shuttle to downtown and bikes you can use as well. The pool is very nice too.

Most employees were very nice and property was very clean. It has a free shuttle to downtown which makes it super convenient.
Negatives:
The taxes, resort charge of $25 and the $15 car charge are a little obsessive. You give a $15 a day credit but it is a use or lose. The breakfast was good but did not appreciate the hostess adding on a 20% tip when you serve yourself.

Rooms were so far away , no elevator close by and super inconvenient with guests using stairs to lug their luggage. Many fees like parking and resort fee which was a surprise. Breakfast was complimentary yet they charged us.

Not happy with the service and amenities for the price we paid

Breakfast was poor. On the first day we came at 9:30, there was no clean table, we got plastic cutlery, no fruit, no vegetables, had to wait for scramble eggs which together with sausages and toast was only available food. Second day we came around 8am - things were better, food the same, there was nothing to choose for our allergic kid. We have paid for breakfast buffet included in the price of stay (therefore unable to cancel the second breakfast) - turned out that you could choose a la carte for some aditional pay.
