our room was recently decorated with a comfortable bed,bathroom had an outstanding shower. Facility had a convenient parking area.
Negatives:
Outside of room needs updating the patio / walkway needs power washing and repainting. Only one tv in a two bedroom suite need one in bedroom

We checked-in late, however informed the property of our arrival, NO welcome drinks as advertised under Hotel amenities that were CHARGED for. Our room and bathroom were infested with ROACHES and BUGS. The room we were given was looking onto Simonton St, which made for a NOISY, SLEEPLESS night.

The property seemed good on paper, but unfortunately that is NOT the case in real life. 0/5 stars.

It is in an excellent location. The grounds are very pretty.
Negatives:
I found the room uncomfortable. There was nowhere to put anything I ended up with stuff on the floor and chairs. The bathroom sink was too small and water kept splashing the floor. I kept hitting my leg off the bed trying to get round it. A better bedside table would dramatically improve this room.
Also the staff did not explain the facilities properly on arrival so we missed out on the free breakfast and coffee on the first day.
Small changes would make a huge difference to this pretty place.
