Positives: Staff was excellent. Setting was excellent. Location was very good. Room was very satisfactory.

Negatives: FYI, there appears to be a problem with fastening things to the drywall. One bedside lamp was partially hanging loose from the wall because the drywall anchors had pulled out on the top connection. Similarly two towel bars were coming loose on one end because the drywall anchors had pulled out. (Room # 16)
