Breakfast was good and the woman taking care of us was great. Friendly and helpful. Selection was good but basic.

We were in room 8 I think on the 3rd floor, it was warm during the day and the air conditioning could not keep up. The hall area outside the room was hot. We were able to cool most of the room in the evenings after the sun was down

Perfect location and room in old town KW with great staff and service

Convenient location. We were close to everything we wanted to be. Great touch by providing complimentary bikes for a day, we enjoyed that. Provided a couple daily complimentary adult beverages, but we missed out on most of those because of the timing and activities we participated in. Nice clean and comfortable room. Bathroom/Shower was updated, clean and had plenty of space for Key West hotel room. Friendly staff. Love the fact that they are pet friendly!
Negatives:
No hotel property provided parking options which we knew going in. To nitpick a few television channels we enjoy were not available and blacked out.

EVERYTHING! Bugs in bathroom all over the sink, bathtub and toilet seat. I blew out so fast couldn't tell if the bugs were any where else in room. Bird feces all over on the deck (entry to our room), and down the rickety stairs, and broken treads. Parking is a joke! Outrageously expensive. Parrot Key parking was 80% less, and it was Valet.

There should be some type of agreement with nearby parking for guests. I realize it says no parking on premises but there truly was NO parking available that wasn't horribly expensive and inconvenient; having to go back at 8am and re-pay so the car wouldn't be towed. I expected a better service.
