Positives: Location excellent, front desk staff very helpful, room very clean but a bit too small - pool was highlight of hotel after a long day out in the sun!

Negatives: Breakfast was not great - often very little left and long queues to get a coffee (which was not great either), car park often full and had to park elsewhere close by to property.

Negatives: The breakfast was terrible. The food offered was very minimal on par with a Super8 motel breakfast. It could have been much better by providing better quality food, fruit etc. Food often ran out midway through breakfast and was not promptly replenished. Pools were a little dirty and often no towels were available at them.

Positives: Love the location, walkable distance to Duval streets! Exceptional hospitality! Very clean! When we arrived, our room was not available, so they offered us two rooms for the price of one, that worked out perfect as the rooms are right next to each other. Love the complimentary breakfast and access to water for drinking. Truly the best customer experience of al our trips in Florida. They even give you a welcome beverage! Well maintained property with parking available. This place is a GEM!
