The entertainment guys, to make matters worse, their job was terrible, we took a complete excursion, they would take us on a boat to an island and there we would spend our day doing, jest kit, paraseillin, snorkeling and so on, and the bus that would pick us up at the hotel, never happened
Really the most annoying thing was that even though it wasn't our fault, they didn't want to refund our money in any way, we ended up doing another activity for the full package price. I honestly don't know who to rate, Fury or agent Toni from 24 Nort

Great concierge. Mika was super sweet and helpful, especially given we had travelled far and with our one year old.
Negatives:
Room was quite dirty. My son was crawling on the floor and was covered in dirt. Bathroom was also quite filthy. The air vent in the bathroom made a banging noise all night.
It was good for a one night stay but we were pleased we weren’t staying longer as the bed was a little uncomfortable and you could feel the springs!
