The location was perfect! Our room was very nice and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
The service fee of $40 extra per night. That was excessive and should be included with the room rate. It was misleading and would deter me from staying here in the future.

The Marker was a lovely hotel! Clean, friendly staff, and great amenities.
Positives:
complementary scuba lessons (although we did not use this time).
Negatives:
Forcing to use valet service to park car; parking charge $35.00 + tip. Daily "resort fee" charged $39.00/day (more appropriate to be included in price if it is a fixed cost). Need more umbrella's, chairs, shade, etc., available at private pool (only enough to accommodate 8 people).
