We have stayed here multiple times over the past 10 years. There has been no consistency in pricing. They will offer no deals to add additional days. We are never able to stay here every year because of the varying pricing.

The shower door didnt close tightly and leaked lots of water on the floor. There was mildew under the ice bucket liner and the toilet always had to be flushed twice.

The location is perfect and the front desk staff was amazing and always extremely helpful.

The walls were thin where we could hear people next to us, but was not an issue.

The hotel was in a great location, being near some of the ports for dolphin watch/dinner cruises and Duval St. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Concierge was very helpful with navigation around the resort.

Not really the resorts fault but the AC was down. They did have a portable unit in the room but it was very warm. Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly.

This was an excellent property. It exceeded my expectations. Surprised at how clean and pleasant the staff were. We had many options when booking and chose this property for the first time. We will definitely stay here again.

The pool , the pool bathrooms spotless. The lady that handles the towel for the pool awesome! THe location is perfect!

Dirty stained sheets. I asked for sheets to be cleaned 3xs and it never happened. Front desk could be more helpful.

The was clean, the staff was great, they couldn't help you enough, made you feel like they knew you forever, and the Manger. I hope I spelled her name right, was great. I would recommend this place to everyone. The food was really good.
