The elevator worked only 20% of the time. 1 day out of 5 and we had a 4 floor room. The resort didn’t seem to have accommodations inside the building for handicapped persons.

The staff was incredible! Annie and the front desk team, Stacey in Concierge, Fritz in Valet, Tim in the restaurant and Stephanie at the Pool were all outstanding, exceedingly helpful and professional. What a great team at The Reach.
Negatives:
Elevator was out most of the time we were there, but they moved us to a lower floor to help with steps and distance. Outstanding service in what could have been a tough situation!

Negatives:
They catered to weddings, conventions, and private parties. They ignore the needs of all the other guests in my opinion. Our room was never cleaned the last three days of our stay (5 night stay) even after asking the front desk and staff to clean it. The main elevators were broken at times. Both were broken the day we checked out and had to lug our luggage to the pool elevator across the pool area…get the picture! The bartenders, pool staff, wait staff, and garage attendants were great! I expected more from the Hilton.

Nice beach and water. There is seaweed but the hotel is trying to clean it up regularly. Nice pool and nice rooms. Friendy staff at the reception's frontdesk.
Negatives:
Our breakfast was included but it was not all you can eat. You get the menu and can just eat for a certain amount of money, if you exceed it, you have to pay the difference. Also dinner was way overpriced and the foos medium tasty. The hotel's public spaces were not really clean, but at least the room was clean. Noisy beach as there was a contraction side close by.

Cleanliness was ok. Staff was inefficient and frankly indifferent toward their customers generally speaking.

Bathroom layout was weird. The toilet was in front half of the sink therefore felt cramped at the sink/vanity area. There was a broken mini fridge left out in our hallway the whole time we were there. Hallways looked old and outdated.

This hotel was fully booked and the rooms were not as described it said room with a view, well the view was 3 houses and 1 dumpster. Not a view for Key West.

The hotel room was very clean! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The view from the restaurant/bar area was breathtaking. It was a short walk to shopping areas and restaurants.

The view from the room was ok, but wish it was better. It was a far walk from the elevator to the room. The room was expensive.
