Staff was friendly didnt know much English but they did the best to make sure they got use what we needed. My kids left our room door wide open by a mistake. We left at 7:30pm and didnt return until 12 mid night and the door was still open. Our belongings were where we left them and nothing was touched there are cameras all around the property. I would definitely visit this property again!

Nothing at all the room was out of date. The jacuzzi was very cloudy. The guy in charge of the towels by the pool was on a personal call, and he kept giving the waiting finger was not happy at all I had to wait for him to finish his conversation to get towels the staff at the reception area was barely there I waited 5 mins until I had to shout HELLO! When confirming my reservation, she needs to give more information than I.d. and credit card for insurance purpose, the atmosphere was very ghetto I people kept leaving kids unattended no supervision by the pools I had to tell a bunch of teenagers to stop rough housing by my kids you definitely need more staff and bilingual not just spanish speaking staff
