Positives:
Very relaxing & enjoyable getaway vacation. Grounds well manicured & many pleasant walkways with 3 different & fun pool site options. Many amenities on site incl. food options and others in easy walking distance from site.
Negatives:
1. bar fridge leaking frequently, i.e. had to wipe up 2-3 times a day & had reported to main desk a # of times.
2. plug in one sink didn't work properly
3. could have used more hooks in bathroom area for hanging towels & bathing suits and a vent to remove humidity
4. more healthy options at pool restaurants wld be appreciated

The property was in a good location. The lobby and the pool were amazing.
Negatives:
Our hotel room had water coming up between the tiles on the floor due to some kind of leak under the floor. We would dry the floor and then more water would come up leaving small puddles on the hotel room floor for our entire stay. There was also wasps nest somewhere above our balcony so we couldn’t use our balcony. There was also no running hot water in the left bathroom sink. We reported these issues to the staff at the front desk and they didn’t do anything to help us.
Everything looked nice on the surface, but ended up being trashy and nonfunctional when we tried to use it. I’m not some kind of complaining Karen either. We made reasonable request to the staff to fix our room issues and they did nothing. It just wasn’t a good place to stay for us.
