Misleading when showing Waterpark pictures, you think it is included and it is not. Extra $25per person daily, even after you pay resort fees!

There were a lot of close stores and WalMart is right around the corner. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was very helpful.
Negatives:
The cleanliness was sub par. The floors and walls were quite dirty. The bathroom had streaks of dirty water from the steam. The floors were sticky. The outer bedding had various marks and did not appear to be clean.

I was not happy about my stay here. We were put in a room near construction and the noise woke us up at 8:00 Saturday morning. This was my birthday weekend and it was ruined. The only compensation offered by the hotel was 4 water park tickets

It is actually in a good location and we notice a lot of security all around so that was comforting. We had a 3 bedroom villa the first 3 days and really liked that one.

We had a spacious 3 bedroom villa the first 3 days but the neighbors partied all night and the last 2 days was a small one bedroom villa next to a larger 2 bedroom villa and they were very noisy from 1am until around 5 am.

The amenities are amazing at this resort. Was pleased that there was a sports bar on site. Also such a good location to surrounding places. Security is very noticeable- felt very safe there and parking was really good.

I guess I was in the older studio room. The TV was small and the mattress in my room was not comfortable and sinking i n the middle.

To begin with the front desk attendants..excellent costumer service.the room was so clean and had a amazing view.i always choose this hotel everytime i travel to Kissimmee..its the Best..Honestly!!!
