The experience was awesome The villages is a cool place to hang and meet people I mean I used to live here many years ago and I'm moving back I did a little bit of business down here that's why I stayed at the hotel and I enjoyed my stay and I would do it again

Staff was pleasant!
The request for a different room was dealt with swiftly.
The little balcony was a nice feature.
The bathroom was clean.
Negatives:
Our first room, sad to say, was disgusting! It had a smell that hit you like a wall when we walked in. The carpet was just nasty. Covered in stains. The TV remote was covered in i don't know what. Didn't want to touch it without a towel or gloves!
Even though our request for a different room was honored, the second room was so much better. No smell. The carpet still had some stains, but not as nasty as the first room.
The hot water was not hot enough for my husband, perfect for me, though!
The beds are too soft and a little lumpy.
