Positives:
Coincidentally we had the same room as we did last year. The room is huge and it was close to our destinations so we did not have to travel all over. I also like that the soap is in a dispenser instead of a bar
Negatives:
Last year when we first got the room it was sooooo clean and smelled so good!!! It was so comfortable to be in not only because it was huge, but because it looked and felt so clean. This time in the exact same room, there were rips in the shower curtain, the caulking in the tub looks like it needs to be redone, as soon as we got there I went in the bathroom and there was a shoe print in there(we all took off our shoes when we got in and I was the first one in the bathroom), there were white stains on both sofas in the living room, and there was a weird smell upon entering the room that never went away.

Comfortable beds, great location.
Positives:
The location is very close to Disney Springs, shopping, I4, as well as restaurants and easy breakfast spots. Lobby and facilities are very clean and smells nice.
Negatives:
The hotel is pet friendly and our room smelled like dog as well as having some aspects chewed up (the handle to the reclining chair, bottom of the bed, etc). Our AC unit smelled like dog urine as well.

We liked the location and how easy it is to Uber to and from the parks. Also how close it is to Disney springs as well.
the room itself was spacious more than the other hotels we’ve stayed in. And I know it’s not brand new, there were just some show of usage like the shower head and I felt the need to use a steamer on my bed and pillows just cause i felt I needed a cleaner feel. But that’s just a personal thing. Everything else was great. I had a lot of space especially desk space for work and personal things and eating. We were able to use the laundry room for free we just had to buy the laundry soap. It was old and needs some wiping from the dust and all but so far our laundry turned out well. We even lost a sock and when we came back later that day someone picked it up and left it there for us to get back. Appreciated it!

Just the showing of usage from the bathroom and felt I need to wipe more around the furnitures. But everything else was okay.
