The rooms were cancelled 30 minutes after booking, but we received no notification. I was told they had called 3 times. I noticed one unidentified missed call. I asked why they didn't leave a voicemail and they said my voicemail was full. It was not, I had one voicemail. They had however contacted me via email regarding the roll away cot we had requested, just nothing about cancelling the booking and leaving us high and dry.

Hotel cancelled booking without notifying us
Negatives:
Noise and commotion outside our room door woke us up a couple of times. The breakfast was not well put together and the food prep was not too good. Not enough breakfast options. Gravy was not good. Orange Juice was nasty and tasted old or juice machine needed cleaned. Ran out of waffle making batter. No one there to attend to customers. The front office lobby CSR was trying to deal with customers and maintain the breakfast responsibilities at the same time.
