Positives:
Room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfortable with 3 pillows. Breakfast was essentially cereal, toast, and oatmeal. If you need a quiet short stay in a reasonable price range at a location in between FSU and UF, you'll be happy with this place.

Overall rooms were dirty and outdated.There were sugar ants climbing in and out of the drains in bathroom and vanity sink. The refrigerator had rust onit and there was black mold im the shower ceiling.
