We stayed in a 2 bed suite as we are a family of 5 with three children. So needed the two doubles and soda bed. The sofa bed was possibly THE most uncomfortable thing had we have ever been presented with. I would say it was the original from when the sofa was first installed. The reception had no ability to resolving as I suspect they must hear it every time. We had to ask for an extra blanket as they had no solutions. The toilet was loose in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean however the floor was tacky - which means mopping with an unclean clean mop. The swimming
