They put us on the 3rd floor with our service dogs. Told us the elevator was being prepared for maintenance in the morning around 9:30. Went to go downstairs only to find elevator closed. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to walk up and help.

Although the hotel as a whole seems suffer from neglect in the maintenance, it appeared to be somewhat clean.

The hotel needs some attention. The mildew smell is very strong when you enter The furniture is in very poor shape. Faucet in the tub has a continuous significant leak with evidence of the shower head leaking behind the wall/paint. Paint was seen peeling.

It is hard to describe, but the room just felt small and uninviting. Also, the only way to get ice is to make it from the water, which tastes horrible.

We arrived early for checkin, we were told to come back at 1PM. We were allowed to leave our luggage with them. We asked to use the washroom after a long drive, we were told, washrooms were only for registered guest. Technically, we weren't registered guest at that time, but alittle common sense in this situtation could go along way. So i left diappointed. We walked a few minutes to the mall and usec their facilities.

The only thing I didn't like was I was charged for a queen size room but instead got a twin size bed for the same prize of a queen.
