Positives: The staff were very friendly and professional and the room was clean.
Negatives: It is hard to describe, but the room just felt small and uninviting. Also, the only way to get ice is to make it from the water, which tastes horrible.

Positives: We were only there a short time to get a plane.
Negatives: Our first room was smokey, and there was domestic situations and yelling across the hall, so they put us in another room on the 3rd floor which was much better.

Positives: The daytime staff was nice and accommodating.
Negatives: The nighttime staff was rude and not personable. My wife asked for new towels because the tub was leaking (caulking was eroded) and we had used all of the towels to dry the floor. The desk clerk accused us of trying to steal towels and said we had exchange them at the front desk. When we told her that we had given them to the housekeeping staff earlier that morning, she said that’s not how we were supposed to supposed to do it and continued to insinuate that we had stolen the towels. About a week later, we noticed a charge for approximately $108 was applied to my card, twice! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
