Negatives: The pool was only - eh.... Towels were often in need of replacement and there is no shade on the pool deck, aside from a single umbrella.

Negatives: When we checked in, everything seems ok until we arrived at the room and I find the contractor working on ac which was never mentioned at the front desk, then It took them about 20 min to finish which is fine, however that’s when things got from bad to worst, we turned the ac in both rooms( stayed in 2 bedroom suite) we went to the pool to hang out and when we came back ac in 1 room was working fine however the living room and the other bedroom was still hot after 2 hours! I called the front desk and told clerk, he told me they can switch rooms for us but no rooms available right now. I stopped by the front desk before we head out for our prior reservation, he assured that room will be ready and he will reserved specific room (328) when we come and back and we can switch it immediately. Unfortunately i had to come back to the hotel sooner while my family was still at the convention we attended(my 1 year old was not feeling well) I called the hotel on the way and spoke with Isabel and she didn’t know nothing about our situation. She had a very poor customer service and bad attitude, I came back to the hotel and check led again with her after 45 minutes, she advised me that no room is available for us and no ETA when we can move into the room with ac that works properly, she was very condensing and rude, while all that happening ac temperature in room was 78 degrees and blowing hot air while my toddler was not feeling well and my 2 dogs were there too, after 1.5 hrs she finally called in room and with rude attitude said that she has a room ready, she did not offer to help or ask someone in staff help me to move. Room 413 we stayed was dirty, not cleaned properly in first place, carpet is dirty and not vacuumed for days, dust in tv stands, hair in bathroom in sink and on the floor around toilet, room has partial carpet and linoleum, our bottom of the feet were black. The other room we moved, was pretty the same, the housekeeper needs to do a better job! Horrible stay!

Negatives: no night lights bedside lights should have a dimmer no luggage racks

Negatives: Too hot ac barely blows . Roaches running around the kitchen

Negatives: Only cleaned once for 4 day stay

Negatives: It was very, very busy at breakfast and they ran out of the waffle mix to make waffles. Would prefer sausage links and/or bacon instead of the sausage patties. Access to ice would be a nice addition. Bathroom design is a bit awkward, a few hooks closer to shower to hang a towel while showering would be nice.
