The ice machine was broken.
The lift closet to my room was out of order the last 2 days of my stay.
That made it difficult with my mobility issues.
The water faucet in the bathroom area splashed the water all over the counter
making it inconvenient for my toiletries to sit on the counter.

Negatives:
You left your staff grossly understaffed. Beverly smiled never complained through it all. She was amazing to ALL of your customers including me. You need to have at least one person manning phones at check in. She could have used 3 people. I have a hospitality background.
Everything else was good. The broken elevator panel the broken tv screen.
Huge dogs and smokers outside the back door really could be taken care of better.
I was comfortable the extra blanket was old style and itchy.
The rest was good. Beverly deserves a raise.
