The room was visually not clean. There were food finger prints on the fridge, microwave and utensils. We thorough cleaned before unpacking. Hairs in bathroom. More detail needs put into the cleanliness of the rooms. Such a great property.

One employee in particular. There was a significant amount of marijuana odor coming from one of the rooms on our floor and we reported it and he shrugged it off and kind of laughed and snickers because we reported it yet we had a toddler that we did not want breathing it, and an 11-year-old that we did not want breathing it. And I booked through Booking.com indicating that I had dogs and we need to pay the dog deposit and then when I left, they walked out to my car and told me that I did not tell them I had dogs yet when I came in on Friday night, they saw them, and I told them again I needed to pay the pet deposit. It was the same employee who is snickered at the marijuana complaint

Was told the coffee machine would be a kuerig so brought pods for it. Not so. Toilet ran a bit, but was fixed. Was assigned a handicap room but seemed the phone didn't work. Think it was turned down so low you couldn't hear a dial tone. But staff checked.
