Positives:
First the good things: the fridge is excellent, the microwave worked to satisfaction, bed and TV are according to expected. Location is not bad.
Negatives:
1. overall the cleanliness is below acceptable. 2. The tap water stinks. I had to buy bottled water even to brush my teeth. 3. There was absolutely nothing in the room as amenity. Not even a miserable kettle to heat water. 4. From outside, the building looks are good. Internally it is sort of disgusting: only a very long corridor with rooms both sides. And the only elevator is slow and always busy.

some staff, they keep your packages ,mail call the police when they have really no idea who is who or what is what, b/c of assumption i almost got arrested for something that wasnt even true, had wrong people, i was there over a month and a week or so, after that incident i checked out they even kept half my deposit when i cleaned it all myself, thats a side income for me housecleaning, which im trying to get my llc, already have ein #.

I liked nothing about this and have already started the process of disputing charges.

When I arrived I went to check in. Check in was fine, I went to my room and the room had trash, unmade beds and had not been cleaned since its last check out. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room and was told there are none and that they were overbooked. I explained I wanted a refund. The front desk person said I was the 5th person to request the same for the same reasons (unclean room, bed not made, trash all over). She called someone on the phone and this person told me that I had to deal with it and that I got the room I got. The front desk lady called another person to look to get a refund and I was told since it was done through booking.com there was very little they could do. I had them create a document showing I did not accept the room and am disputing the charges because someone should not be forced to pay for a room not used and a room that does not meet minimal standards for a traveler.
