I booked this hotel four days in advance and it got a confirmation. I sent an email confirming I could bring my pets and got an email back saying yes I could. I called on Monday morning to confirm my Tuesday reservation because the hurricane was coming. I was told yes I had a “reservation”. Follow up questions. He finally admitted it was up to management if I had a rum or not when I arrived. This is with the category five hurricane on the way. The tone and way that the employee told me let me know that there was gonna be a problem. After 45 minutes of trying to get a straight answer from him, I was finally told was told there had been a “glitch” and I never should’ve been given the reservation And there would not be a room for me. I was left with nowhere to go with my dogs with a category five hurricane coming and he offered me no solutions. Absolutely horrific terrifying experience.

The best customer service I've ever had at a hotel! Front desk did a follow up call to my room to make sure everything was ok and that I had everything I needed. The room was way better than pictured (I mean waaaay better) The bed was also one of the most comfortable I've had at a hotel, and the pillows were actual real sized pillows LOL. Breakfast - the little omelets were delicious and I ate too many!

SOME of the support staff was ok. Loved the abuelita who worked in the kitchen.
Negatives:
Everything else...The night staff guy had no idea what he was doing. No wash cloths were given for showering. The free breakfast wood was disgusting and severly lacking. They ran out of dishes and utensils at breakfast then seemingly became annoyed when we asked for more. The elevator broke our first night there. Parking was fine, but trying to get to the parking lot qas a nightmare. The pool and work out room.were a joke.
