Negatives:
Breakfasts very mediocre, dried out eggs which is typical of chain hotel breakfasts in the USA, not nearly up to the standard of similar accommodation in my home country,South Africa. Have had much better in South Africa, UK, Europe, India and elsewhere. Limited room make-up, not daily. Rooms could do with refurbishment - tatty room blind etc. Limited TV Channels with no international news.

Positives:
The hotel overall was very modern and new feel. The people at the front counter were friendly and helpful. We liked the hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate at the lobby throughout the day. Rooms were modern looking and the kitchen area with the sink was a plus.
Negatives:
The breakfast was alright, only had one food employee every morning doing everything and the food trays were empty or had to wait a long time to get the food. The breakfast options were limited and the oatmeal was always dry. We didn’t like that the room construction was low in quality since we could hear people walking through the room or when the were talking on the rooms above us or next to us. It’s not sound proof at all, it was very annoying.
