That I was denied service at 1 am and left stranded because I did not have the 100.00 cash deposit at the time of check in. The clerk was not friendly or willing to work with me in any way. I explained to him I had 50 of it but he said no and locked me out. I made reservation at 1130 pm and arrived at 1 am and still have not gotten refund. I had no where to sleep last night and it was cold outside. Still waiting for a response from the property who told me last night that they hadn’t not been paid , that obviously was untrue.
