Upon entering the room we killed two roaches it stank and stains on the linens

I like being able to have my dog, as we were traveling with a pet. Our stay was comfortable and right where we needed to be on our long road trip.

It's in a great location I was walking distance from eat out places and the store. The two staff members I talked to were both friendly and professional.
Negatives:
Mostly cosmetic issues scratch up walls old very use recliners ,crack sink at first glance it appears to be clean but on closer inspection bed sheets had stains on it if it couldn't be washed out should have been thrown away and bathroom was clean enough have to keep in mind that it's the old building.

We always stay here when heading east and west on I-10 near I-75
Positives:
The staff was awesome. The pool was closed and they unlocked it so the kids could go in, were happy to provide extra towels when we asked, and were just super friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
It was just a little run down and the room smelled musty, but it was really fine for the price.

The floor was dirty… went to front office to get a mop to clean the floors as always I bring my owe cleaning supplies.. later that night when I went to the bathroom the toilet wouldn’t flush.. I had to flush it by opening the tank
