We were put into a room that was not clean. There was left over pee on the bathroom toilet seat from the previous stayers. We moved rooms after that to yet another un-clean room. There we found pills on the floor, mold in the shower, no ventilation in the room/bathroom and mold in the air vents. Then, our card was charged 3 separate times for charges over $150 each and when asked about to the manager, she said they did not charge us anything. So, we call our bank and the hotel did in fact charge our card. Of course, this was magically fixed after that and when we checked out we were refunded the money they over charged. There is some serious work needing to be done at this location. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and its a shame because Hamptons are normally a great place to stay.
