Negatives: The bed was not too comfortable

Negatives: They told me at check in I had to pay $50 cash deposit nothing was ever provided when I booked. Gave me a room but could not get in as door handle was broke then got a different room appears they were remodeling the toliet was not attached properly the bathtub had cracks furniture was moved paint splatter on the wall and roaches. Would never recommend them to anyone poor location and crappy room. Unacceptable to ask for cash deposit after I fussed he put on my card and when I checked out he made me wait to check to see if I get deposit back I didn’t even stay the full time I booked for due to location and facilities

Negatives: They gave me a room that looked like, motel 6. The beds were hard as a stone, 50 dollars deposit for my animal, the TV wouldn't come on so I called the desk the guy stood in the room for 25 min tring to get the TV to work. Finally got it on he left , from then on you couldn't turn the sound up or down and when you changed the channels it would skip 10 or 12 channels at a time only showing the jewelry, buy a vacuume, one cooking channel. Then had to try and sleep to the TV cuz you couldn't turn the dang thing off. Then went to take a shower, I picked up the floor towel to put on the floor and a live cock roach came fling out. The water pressure was horrible on top of everything else. This was all in the first room. All was good in the second one.

Negatives: Just wish there was a pool

Negatives: The first room I was given the toilet was stopped up. When I called the desk to report it, they told me to plunge the toilet to unstop it. After trying, which grossed me out, it would not unstop. I called the desk back and the gentleman came up to try and unstop it with no success. I was then moved to another room. That room when you sat on the toilet it moved forward with a loud noise each time. Being that I was so tired, I didn't bother to report it. At least it worked. The bedspreads had multiple stains, which was very concerning.

Negatives: Hard mattress with metal frame, tiny bathroom, you can see the outside through the door jamb, used bar of soap on sink, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no large towels. Noisy refrigerator, had to turn heat to 75° for it to turn on when room was 68°

Negatives: Asked for a non smoking got a smoking room. Toilet was loose from the floor

Negatives: Crackers came out of sofa bed, there was a blue pill on the floor and a brown object that looked like feces behind sofa bed when I pulled it out to put blanket and sheets on the mattress.

Negatives: Shower didn’t drain, properly and I didn’t have a good time at all. Nobody could help and they told me to go through Priceline to get a refund or credit.

Negatives: Smoking room but reeked of smoke room needs air freshener . Only non smoking were not downstairs. Housekeeping can do a better job.
