If you are looking for a place right off the interstate that is very quiet for a good price then you have found it!
The man who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating as was the young man who checked us out at 5:45am. Both were very professional.
The room was a really good size. The flat screen Tv was also a really good size. Our room was very neat and clean.
Negatives:
The room had coffee and no coffee maker?? The bed was a little firmer than I like it but still comfortable.

I've been staying at this RRI for years. My daughter and grand children live nearby.

The price has gone up and the facilities, cleanliness and customer service have gone down..
The floor was filthy. The bed covering was stained.
This non-smoking room had a strong odor of freshly smoked cigarette.
There was no shampoo provided.
Repairs to the ceiling in the bathroom remained unfinished and unpainted.
The electrical outlet, in the sink area, was non-op.
The front desk receptionist was surly.
Its been 4 days and I have not had my $50 security deposit returned.

The staff was very polite and attentive. They respected our privacy and got anything we needed.
Negatives:
It was advertised there was free WiFi but there was none available. People below were constantly fighting and yelling. We had to leave our reservation early due to being bitten by something.

Didn't get any, by the time I cleaned up and packed up and went over, all I saw was coffee!! I don't even drink coffee!
Negatives:
Noise location, smoke detector was ripped off wall, looked like the deadbolt on door was broken, I didn't feel safe, no shampoo or soap of any kind in room or any cups to get a drink. I tried to call down to the desk and after 4 calls and the clerk saying he couldn't hear me, finally he came to the door so I asked him for soap and shampoo. Also noise from the refrigerator also kept me awake, so I had to finally unplug it. Also there was a icky smell, like spoiled bleach or something. I almost asked for my money back!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Check-in took 30+min. The room didn't have soap. There were hairs in the towels. The shower was dangerously slippery. The comforters had multiple stains & we killed 2 cockroaches. Very thin walls- heard everything!
