Negatives:
There were bugs in my room. Both dead and alive. Roaches, bed bugs and some other weird type I have not seen before.
The final straw was when one crawled out of my drink can after taking a quick shower.
I informed them this a bit after arriving so I did not even use the room for long, yet management would not refund my money and now I am disputing with Booking. This was even after they couldn't at least provide me with an alternate room since they were "full up"
I suppose I should give them some credit as there was evidence of bug killing chemicals, yet this wasn't even tidy or cleaned up.
I attached a few photos but these were by far not the only examples.
