The pool. That was the only good thing.

False advertising. Defrauding guests out of their money. Went for the amenities. Pool tiki bar - Closed down. The Pointe Bar - Closed down. Manager blames no employees to work. Hot tub "Out of Order". Mold in room - closed up after we left. NO refund

Nice motel with good rooms and comfortable beds. I appreciate the coffee & cooler in-room, to keep drinks cool. The pool was really fun and had pool noodles.

The grab n go breakfast had a lot of carbs. The coffee was ok, but could be better.

I loved being on the water, although not accessible. The fishing poles available, the hammocks, & all the games for the kids. We loved the hot tub and pool but I wish the pool was heated since we were there when it was only 79 outside. (In april)

Not happy about housekeeping. I was there for 5 nights and they only changed the trash cans every day,made both beds once. Never swept the floor. Never brought us new wash clothes either. Also no birthday discount they advertise.

We liked all of the extras they had to offer including bikes, beach chairs, and tennis courts

We were there for three nights and our room was never cleaned. The breakfast was adequate (as expected for free breakfast). We paid a resort fee but the beach chairs we borrowed were broken and the dockside bar was closed when we tried to go.

The amenities, especially the pool and bar need a facelift. The grounds in general could use some TLC

Reserved a room that did not involve climbing stairs. They failed to hold one for us. Their information states that the front desk is open 24 hours. When we called while driving we were told that they would leave a note with a phone number for check-in.

insane resort charge on top of room fees. $---for a one night stay on which I checked in after midnight and checkout was at 11 am. Waited over 40 minutes for a clerk to show up for checking in. Breakfast was ridiculous. Extreme mildewy smell in the roo

The rooms have recently been renovated so the were clean and nice.

The price was so deceptive.You had to pay an extra $49 daily resort fee. They will only change the sheets every other day Which means they will not make the bed or tidy the room either. No hairdryer 2 complimentary waters once NOT daily, but fee was.
