I booked a room with two beds (as shown in my Booking.com confirmation), but upon arrival, the front desk staff claimed there were no rooms with two beds available at all. Instead, I was given a single bed and told it was the best they could offer. This was misleading and disappointing, especially since the two-bed layout is clearly listed on both Booking.com and the hotel’s own website.
