I wasn't provided a room, There were 4 envelopes on the door with names on them but none with my name on it. There was no one at the office and no one answered the emergency # that was provided. So I had to find other accommodations.

This was one of the cheapest places to stay in the Floriday Keys.
Negatives:
To pay over $200.00 a night for facility's that looks to have been built in the 60s should have been a red flag for me. Multiple coats of paint over the peeling paint on the ceiling tell you the mindset of the owner. If there was a view of the water or something other than the highway which is noisy about 50 ft away would have helped. The manager is only part time and is in and out of the place, no one is there full time during normal 9 to 5 business hours. Worst of all like most skid row looking motels it attracts a high number of skid row types with way too much drama to explain in this small space. I know what you're thinking " I'm not going to spend a lot of time in the room, so it doesn't matter that much." I usually would agree. This time it matters that much!

I didn't like anything.

Floors were filthy, walls had terrible patch jobs, bed was sunken in the middle, TV picture was bad, and there was no contact with any employee until I left. I wanted to leave early so I went to the office at the posted opening time of 8:00, and no one was there. I went to the nearby dunkin to get a coffee came back at 8:15, and the office was still closed. I called the number on the door and clearly woke the woman that answered up, but she tried to say she was running late. She told me to just leave the key in the room and the door unlocked which made me very uncomfortable. Also, there are two run down looking trailers on the property with people that had no problem having loud conversations outside the rooms at 7:00 in the morning.
