The room had been refurbished, good size and clean. Convenient location for us. Parking was possible right in front of our room. Heated swimming pool.
Negatives:
Lumpy pillows, not very comfortable. Only very dim lights in the room (the light over the sink was fine). Minimal housekeeping. We stayed 6 nights, the room was cleaned only once. Fresh towels and emptying of trash bins upon request. Reception staff not up to standard, had to ask twice for extra blanket. One morning I reported that out toilet flush handle had broken off. At 3 pm, nobody had shown up yet. The receptionist said „it had probably been forgotten“. The guest laudry floor was absolutely filthy, I also wiped the tops of washer and dryer myself.

Staff enter our room while we were there. They didn’t knock . The open door and realized that we were in the room. They shut the door.
No ironing board or iron.
