Most of the staff is pleasant. But there one individual that Ive have multiple unprofessional interactions with. She was rude on three separate occasions. Made comments that should remain unsaid publicly. This experience has been hi my stay unsettling.

The room had an unpleasant older during my entire four days.used soap and shampoo bottles were left sitting above shower that indicates to me that staff aren't thoroughly cleaning the rooms as they should. No remote control for TV upon check in the room.

The room had a terrible odour that clung to our clothing and suitcases. The sheets were dirty when we got in the room so we asked for fresh sheets and hotel employee provided as soon as she could but she was also manning the front desk. More night staff needed.
