Have to say the team here truly knows how to handle tough situations I myself have seen how rude and nasty guests treats the employees yet they still be kind and polite very professional Katrina and Christina the management are amazing and does they best to accommodate all guests as well as the front desk Aniska Brandy and Bishop then James who makes sure things get fixed and keep up the housekeeping crew as well everyone makes is very pleasant to stay here thank you for all you do and your hard work

I was waiting in the lobby for my ride.

The suite was great, the hotel location was convenient.
Negatives:
Since this is a place for long term rental, it was a little noisy, and in the back of the hotel a lot of people were wandering around, walking their pets and smoking pot. One big pitbull jumped on me as we were waiting for the elevator, when the door opened the animal jumped on me and his owner just kept going talking on the phone, no apologies, nothing.
So I think that the occasional visitors for leisure or business should have a separate section in these places, away from the permanent dwellers.
The hotel also advertised "free breakfast included"...well I never imagined that it was only coffee and a small muffin. That's all!
