The room was very good size for three adults to sit and there was ample sleeping room. The room was decorated very nicely I especially liked the big double closet and the walk-in shower. The king size bed was amazing and the fold out sofa was pretty comfortable. The chocolate chip cookies in the evening was an added bonus and the tea and coffee also was very nice

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is decent. The staff are nice and helpful. They prepare home baked cookies every evening. There is a big Walmart nearby. It is easy to get fresh fruit and vegetables.
Negatives:
The windows cannot be opened at all, so it's not possible to get fresh air from outside. I stayed there for two weeks for work and by the end, it felt quite suffocating due to the poor air quality. The flow of the shower water was quite weak; I'm not sure if this is because of the water pressure or the shower head itself. There was no water boiler in the room. If I wanted to make tea, I had to go downstairs every time to get hot water, which sometimes wasn't even hot.

The room was dirty with food droppings and various other things? The bed was disgusting and obviously had not been changed. There were hairs in the bed (not mine! The linens were grey and not pleasing.Our main concern was the toilet it had been used by the previous guest and had excrement all over. We were offered another room but could not refuse it or see it first. After this appalling room we just wanted out The Manager who was very rude said well we give you a refund for all money paid which would be credited from booking.com so that is what we are now waiting for.
