Not organized , the first day they gave me the wrong room and there was somebody in the room. I didn’t feel safe from that moment. Second day my keys didn’t work when I tried to open my room. Also, the first day receptionist told me that I need to have my physical card to complete the reservation and I said can he use another card since this card was not with me. He said it is not possible but he will use the online card , nobody even manager can not do it except him etc. He was very conceited. Then, my card was declined and he used the other credit card so we saw it is possible why you trying to scare me man!

Building hallways smelled bad. TV was unwatchable because electronis screwed up and every station had multiple wavy lines through it. I had a room with King bed and tried to get another room but no other rooms with King bed were available "unless I was willing to commit to multiple day rental" which obviously means a room was available but wasn't offered to me. I was offered a room with double bed, but I am 6'4" tall and my feet hang over end of bed so I didn't accept it. I was not offered a reduced price for that room since it had a smaller bed.

This is a very nice hotel. Lovely staff, good breakfast that includes protein. Bed/pillow was acceptable. Allowed us to have our dog.
Negatives:
The elevator old and slow. The visual part of the room was spotless but our dog found things from food wrappers from under the bed. We had issues with the coffee maker in our room - which was reported and the front desk took a note.
