Positives: I like the location for its proximity to things of interest on South Beach. The room was attractive and had a comfortable bed.

Negatives: Very unappealing lobby. Not a lobby. You would want to linger in. No bar. My view was overlooking a dilapidated building. I guess under construction. As often as I travel, it had to be the most miserable breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Although, Less expensive than hotels overlooking the beach, they should step it up and make it more lively in the lobby. First time I didn’t use a hotel gym, because it was in the next property

Negatives: Sheets and cover were not changed from previous guest. I saw hair and stains on the sheet. No soap was refilled upon checking in. When you do call front desk for a request, they will acknowledge but will not deliver.
