hotel was located close to the Centre of the town and the beach also many mercantile facilities including grocery and restaurants as well as access to public Trasport. rooms were fairly ok. oher guest stayed were respectful.

Terrible customer service of front office staff. very unhelpful and unprofessional. they are so unwelcoming as acted as if guests are staying free of charge.
it seems like sheets were not cleaned in btw guests. damaged taps. No empty trash bags or soap.

The place wasn’t pleasant at all but we had no choice to stay. The bathroom was dirty we had to buy cleaning supplies and reclean it. We also saw some roaches around the place.

When checking in we didnt have any wash cloths the tub had hair in it.and the pull out chair had clothing tags inside.than on top of that we found a whole pack of cigarettes in the cabinets.then we call for room service no one never came to bring us clean towels wash clothes
