Did not match advertised pictures
Negatives:
The check in location if not even close to the actually property even though it says check in only. Had to take an uber to get to the property. Tried calling the number listed and it goes unanswered. Called at least ten times. They simply apologized for not answering however I called it while standing at the desk and it doesn’t ring. The person at the desk then said that phone doesn’t work when I called him out on it.Again just apologized and went next. Will never stay here again!!

When I booked my reservation I was under the impression that I was going to be staying at the location I reserved. when I got there the staff was rude as hell, they made us wait in the heat til 4pm to check in when there were rooms available at the time.

they manage several locations so the place we stayed at was not the location we booked or checked in at and was further from beach. Parking was a block away in a public lot that says you have to pay but instructions were that it was free, so not sure if our car might get towed or not. Instructions to other location and parking were not clear, so we had to return to desk to clarigy. Providing clear written instructions with map for location and parking with written notice that parking is free would be helpful.

It was not as described by the representative or, photos. I was advised all inclusive rate which the hotel charged an additional 171.00. It was very complicated to find the office. I was sent to another location The location was not what promoted. UNSAFE
